After about a week or so of venturing into herb gardening I decided to add Hot peppers into my gardening thing. I decided that if I was gonna grow anything I might as well get the good stuff. Since the good stuff can’t be found locally, I had to look for online options.

Now you guys now my little secret where I got my seeds! Originally I was just looking for seeds to buy over the net. I was willing enough to purchase stuff online from Ebay since seeds aren’t exactly expensive. So I went online looking for stuff in Sulit.com.ph and Ebay.ph and found some interesting stuff on both sites. I didn’t really like sulit since they didn’t really include delivery or door-to-door, and for some reason sulit is a lot more expensive than Ebay, even on ‘Buy Now’ prices.

I got a hold of this local seller called scentedleaves that lives in Cagayan de Oro on ebay. It took me a few days to sort it all out since I was just a noob on how Ebay works. And trust me, I’ve been buying and selling for 4 years now on Tipidpc. So there, I’ve been waiting for the package to arrive. Y’know what? They arrived TODAY! It’s so awesome. Jay (scentedleaves) even included a freebie packet of orange habanero seeds! And he was so nice after me bugging him all the time and bombarding him with inquiries. What sucked too is that it was too late for me to realize that I had to link my Paypal account to my Ebay account. LOL. What a retard move.

Here’s the picture of the seeds!

I so love ebay now. =D

Now if only my ordered seeds of Bhut Jolokia actually arrive today, then the day won’t get any more awesome than  this! =P Ordered them from some guy from Thailand. Hope it arrives tomorrow or next week or if at all. Talked to an American based seller on ebay about shipping seeds to the Philippines and he said that he never had problems shipping them over here. So if the US of A doesn’t have problems sending seeds over here, then Thailand wouldn’t be a problem. I hope. =( Coz I read online that if you plan on importing seeds overseas you have to have a permit that comes from BPI (Bureau of Plant Industry). But according to the guy I talked to, and since these are just a palty amount of seeds, they shouldn’t be a problem. Because it would have to be a MASSIVE amount of seed before you were actually required to get a permit. (that’s from reading the fine print on BPI’s website)

Now all I need is a little luck and some sun to get these babies going. Sheesh, just when I wanna start a garden it starts to rain. PEPPERS NEED SUN!!!!!!!
