Sorry it’s been a while since my last post. I got pretty lazy and nothing much happened anyway.

So today I woke up pretty early and found out that something was in the post office for me. And my dad asked if I was waiting for something and I said yeah, I had a bunch of purchases from ebay that were supposed to arrive weeks ago.

I immediately told the driver to pick it up along with an endorsement that I signed in his behalf. Waited a couple of hours and my dad hands me an envelope that had Thai stamps on it. Lo and behold it was my FIRST order that had come from Thailand.

I grabbed it and immediately went up to my other room and opened it up to inspect my seeds. There they were nicely packaged in two separate mini ziplocks with real nice labels on them and were properly packed so that they won’t get crushed. Sure it was nice of them and all that to do so but I’m kinda worried about the quality of the seeds since they were unbelievably cheap and had insanely high shipping costs. Twice that of the price of the seeds I purchased. I then went on and signed in my account on ebay and left a neutral feedback for said user. I’ll change my feedbacks if these actually sprout and give me the proper plants that I was looking for.

Now for the bad news, I just found out that Red Savina Peppers are actually hybrids. So it turns out that I’ll never get true Red Savina fruits. Oh well, but for me A habanero’s a habanero in my book. Up until I train my palette to know what’s what, at least.

Here are the seed packets:

I went ahead and soaked in water and rooting solution overnight. I also took some seeds and directly seeded them in plastic cups in hopes of getting better germination from two ways of getting sprouts. I’ll put up updates if anything happens. Sure hope these are for real. If not I’ll end up getting from Neil of The Hippy Seed Company. Which is said to be the best source for everything Peppers. Also the nicest guy from what I hear.

Now I’m getting darned excited about all those seeds that are coming in from my previous purchases from ebay. YAY!
