So I was hanging out at my friend Oliver`s house one night. Just came home from Powerplant from Cosplay Fusion. I hadn`t eaten anything the whole day. So I stopped by Shopwise Sucat and looked  looked for something tasty to cook. So I found this fresh cut of Salmon that I just had to buy.

If anybody has anything to say about plating the food, that`s all on my friend Oliver. Okay? =p

I know the dish needs a lot more work. Like the fact that I should have used a fillet instead of a crosswise cut. But it was cheaper. LOL.

If you’re wondering what that small glass is, it’s a shot of Oye’s special Tiramisu flavored drink.

Ingredients:

Salmon Fillet

Yogurt

Salt

Pepper

Lime

Arugula

Basil

Olive Oil

Sugar

Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Instructions:

Cut half a lime and drizzle the lime juice onto the fish. Salt the fish with about a pinch of salt. And then put as much pepper as you’d like on one side of the salmon. Then put some olive oil on a pan then wait for it to get hot. When the pan is hot put the fish and fry it one the pepper side down. Remember, DO NOT squish the salmon.  Fry it for 3-4 minutes on that side or until that side is cooked then turn it over. Then sprinkle as much pepper as you’d like to get that side encrusted with pepper also. Then fry it 3-4 minutes on that side or until cooked.

How to make the dip:

Mix in half a cup of yogurt, half of a lime, 2 pinches of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, one spoon of grated parmesan cheese, finely diced arugula and basil. Then just season til you get your desired flavor.
