KFC Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad

That’s what I had for dinner last night. Supposedly. LOL.

Tips on how to minimize your dressing application on your salad from take out. I learned this thing from my good friend Oliver Aquino when I had a salad from Starbucks when we were there 3 years ago. This is a great thing to do when you’re on a diet or counting your calories. Why? The salad I had minus the dressing and croutons is just 360 – 370 Calories give or take. But after you add ALL the dressing from a sachet, it’ll bloat to a whopping 630 calories. Almost double! Imagine the local kind that we get that comes from a CUP. So I’d say that’ll be as bad as eating a Burger King Whopper which is 740 Calories.

First add the amount of dressing you’d wanna have for that serving. Then put the cover on. Make sure there aren’t any holes or places where the dressing or salad bits to come out of. Then hold it tight enough, but not too tight as to crush the packaging. Then shake it!

Voila. You got all the dressing distributed equally and around the salad. =D

All this talk about food is making me hungry. CRAP. LOL.
