Something freakin’ ate my soybean plant’s top!!!! CRAP!!!!
As you can see there are CDs beside my pot where I am growing my soybeans now. I’m doing this to deter birds from eating them. I’ve watched a bunch of people who do the same thing with their raised beds specially when you have grains or corn or soybeans planted in your garden.
This is my VERY first pest. I’m not sure if it was a bird or a cat that did this. I’m willing to bet it was a bird. Cats don’t really climb my roof. They don’t even get close to this part of the house since we have dogs inside the house. I was forced to plant a few more soybean sprouts just to cover for my losses.
