EVGA has decided to enter the display market with its new InterView 1700 dual-panel display.
The two displays are mounted side by side on a central frame using rotating joints which enable each monitor to flip vertically 180 degrees. The screens can also rotate horizontally as well, folding inwards at 90 degrees. Both 17-inch displays are capable of 1440 x 900 resolutions, with a 500:1 static ratio and a response time of 8ms.
Equipped with a built-in microphone, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, and a dual-link DVI and HDMI port, the EVGA InterView 1700 retails for $650.
