The closest thing to what we can have in this neighborhood to a diner is Gourmet’s. It’s open from around 9 in the morning ’til 2 AM. So if you get the munchies and it’s pretty late, this is one of the places you should go for a late meal. We went right after we hung out at Oliver’s place.

So my friends and I had this idea. To have a cooking competition between our friend the professional chef (Mon) vs. the ‘at-home-cook’ Oliver. The aim of this competition was to prove Mon should earn experience cooking as a real chef in a Hotel or a Restaurant and get some mad skills. Because ever since we’ve talked he says his skills have gotten rusty.
My friend Pat R. volunteered her house as the venue for the competition. She has a badass kitchen, it was full of copper. Apparently it was the kingdom of copper cookware. LOL.

Here’s what was decided:
There will be three judges. Those are Myself, Gabby Reinoso, and Pat Reyes. It will be a three course meal. The cooking battle will be done in 2 hours, 1 hour for prepping and 1 hour of cooking.
