Well first of all, I would like to say the good news that there is one more episode that they are gonna show next week, called K-on! Extra. There are a total of 13 known episodes that are gonna be out on TV.
First time I watched this show I knew right away this anime`s gonna be very very entertaining. It`s got a new approach towards anime as a whole. But of course, nothing like a cute girls with instruments in her hands to get a guy just say `moe!`. A little bit of otaku lingo there. Sorry about that. LOL.
Let`s talk about the characters. Yui is the brunette that plays the guitar. She`s quite a bit of a ditz. But a very lovable and sweet character. Ritsu`s the brunette with the headband and she plays the drums. Ritsu`s a lively one. She`s also the president of the K-On bu a.k.a. Light Music Club. Mio`s the black haired one and plays the bass and is most likely to be the favorite of the majority of the otaku`s out there. She`s very mature and has the body to boot. Tsumugi`s the blonde, also an underdog favorite of mine. She`s the slightly mysterious rich daughter of a successful owner of a chain of musical instrument stores. Combined together they make a really interesting band that makes otaku`s just salivate.
The fun doesn`t just stop there. There are more characters in the anime you should look out for. So, in order for you to find out more, just watch the anime and get to know them yourself.
A solid 8 out of 10.
